About the Role Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, analysts, and other engineers to shape the user journey from first click to customer Rapidly prototype, test, and iterate on experiments that drive measurable improvements in conversion and engagement Own the full lifecycle of features, from technical design and implementation to monitoring and optimization Help shape the team’s technical direction and contribute to decisions around architecture, tooling, and best practices Participate in code reviews, provide mentorship to junior engineers, and foster a culture of learning and collaboration About You 3+ years of professional full-stack software development experience specifically in React, Javascript, PostgresSQL, Hibernate, Kafka, AWS, Datadog and Java Proven track record of designing, building, and maintaining scalable, high-performance web applications Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work e [... source excerpt omitted ...] mind. On-Call Expectations This role may include participation in an on-call rotation to support production systems and ensure service reliability.
