As a Revenue Cycle Solutions Analyst, you will focus on the implementation or ongoing maintenance and optimization of integration and configuration of home care-focused revenue cycle solutions. You will be responsible for researching and troubleshooting issues, reviewing business and technical requirements, determining best-fit solutions, and executing integration and configuration tasks, including implementation of changes, testing, documentation, and refinement, to enable seamless data exchange for providers, payers, and partner customers. Essential Job Duties Partner with Business Analyst and cross-functional teams to gather, analyze and document customer business and technical requirements for new implementations related to revenue cycle integrations and configurations. Manage configuration and integration delivery efforts to ensure high-quality delivery of home care revenue cycle solutions Analyze and troubleshoot reported issues, propose and implement corrective actions.
