Customer Facing SAP Engineer

[Check out the Launch Video] About this role We're hiring customer-facing engineers to drive the adoption and success of Nova for our customers. You'll own POCs and enterprise deployments, prove the platform's value in complex customer environments, and guide enterprise SAP teams from initial deployment through long-term, expanding usage. You'll also serve as the highest-bandwidth channel between our customers and our product team. This is a technical role: it requires real SAP expertise, fluency in the Nova platform, hands-on debugging skill and the ability to communicate clearly with both developers and executives. You'll work closely with our engineers, product leaders, salespeople and directly with our CTO and co-founder. Own the long-term technical relationship. You'll be the technical voice in the room with each customer's SAP architects, development leads, and product owners. You'll align with their executives on long-term priorities and pair with their developers on the code itself. Debug real problems in real systems. You'll read code, read traces, form hypotheses, and resolve issues directly or route them precisely. This requires depth in both SAP and Nova. Translate customer reality into product.
