As the Engineering Manager for this team, you'll lead 8 engineers at the intersection of consumer product craft, clinical measurement rigor, and platform engineering — turning clinical signal into product bets and operating the infrastructure the entire organization depends on. What You'll Accomplish In your first 3 months, you will: Build trusted partnerships with your PM, Data Scientist, and cross-neighborhood engineering leads. Understand the full stack — from the React Native client (phoenix) through phoenix-bff to assessment-service — and complete your first code reviews and PR merges. Audit the current Assessment Service roadmap, catalog inbound requests from partner pods (Migraine, Perisurgical, Enrollment), and establish a transparent prioritization framework that balances internal roadmap with external partner needs.
