Position Summary We are seeking highly skilled and motivated [Remote with 60-80% Travel] Field Engineers to lead the commissioning and start-up of Antora’s thermal energy storage plants. These Field Engineers will collaborate with internal engineering and operations teams to safely commission and operate first-of-a-kind industrial installations of Antora’s technology and will be a key technical member of a cross-functional and rapidly growing organization, whose work will directly contribute to the demonstration of a first of a kind long-duration energy storage technology. Roles & Responsibilities Commission Antora’s thermal battery systems. Key Qualifications Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues from a first principles approach and share learnings across organization 2+ years of field experience commissioning industrial equipment. Lead reviews with EPCs and subcontractors to ensure schedule, performance, operability, and safety. Strong knowledge of electrical, equipment, and process safety standards and procedures. Excellent communication and documentation skills. Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability under pressure.
