This modernization effort is migrating legacy HR systems to Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM for the U.S. civilian federal workforce. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape enterprise‑wide SaaS HCM configurations, influence federal HR policy translation, and guide the implementation of modern HR services supporting federal employees and their families. You will define functional direction across modules, establish security architecture, and safeguard the enterprise design while partnering closely with government stakeholders and implementation teams. Responsibilities: Provide functional design authority across Core HCM, Federal HR, Absence Management, Time & Labor, Learning, and Benefits, ensuring consistency across all modules.
