What you’ll do

  • Architect end-to-end AI solutions using semiconductor process, device, TCAD, HW data, and PDK components.

What you’ll bring

  • 15 years experience with Masters or PhD in Electrical, Physics, or Materials engineering or related field.

  • Experience in PDK and design flow development.
  • Experience or certifications in AI/ML, GenAI, RAG and related concepts.
