Job Title Senior Implementation Project Specialist About your role: As a Senior Implementation Project Specialist, you will lead implementation activities for new and existing clients, helping ensure solutions are delivered on time and aligned to client requirements. You will work closely with clients and cross-functional internal teams to coordinate project execution, maintain implementation standards, and support scalable, well-documented delivery processes that contribute to successful client outcomes. What you'll do: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and internal teams throughout the implementation lifecycle. Lead projects from initial planning through final implementation, coordinating activities with internal resources and external stakeholders. Maintain implementation documentation, procedures, and project audit records related to new products, features, and client-specific requirements. Support issue resolution, stakeholder communication, and after-hours implementation activities when needed. Experience working with proprietary configuration tools, client setup workflows, or operational readiness processes. How you'll work: This role requires use of a computer and audio equipment.
