Support onboarding by configuring environments, validating data delivery, and troubleshooting integration challenges. Technical Support & Optimization: Act as a trusted post-sale technical resource by resolving customer issues, clarifying REST API payloads, recommending best practices for Direct Data Shares, and helping clients maximize the value of Lightcast.
