About Radiant Radiant is an El Segundo, CA-based startup building the world’s first mass-produced, portable nuclear microreactors. The company’s first reactor, Kaleidos, is a 1-megawatt, fail-safe microreactor that can be transported anywhere power is needed and run for up to 5 years without refueling. About the Role Radiant is seeking an ERP Implementation Specialist to support the implementation, optimization, and scalability of enterprise systems used across manufacturing operations. Responsibilities & Duties: Partner with manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, quality, and operations teams to map workflows and define system requirements. Lead or support ERP/MES implementations, including requirements gathering, testing, rollout, training, and optimization. Translate manufacturing processes into scalable system configurations that improve visibility, traceability, and execution. Support enterprise system selection, implementation strategy, and digital transformation initiatives. Identify process gaps and recommend automation, standardization, and system improvements.
