Develop the technology-transfer strategy required to move novel research into a scalable commercial product. Partner closely with product, customers, and commercial stakeholders to rapidly translate customer problems into working software. Work directly with the GM and executive stakeholders to define product direction, priorities, and commercial targets. Create the engineering systems, processes, and technical foundation needed to scale from an early-stage product to thousands of users.
