The role is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise analytics, dashboards, and reporting solutions that provide government leadership and HR stakeholders with real‑time workforce insights, compliance reporting, and predictive analytics. This position is primarily remote with up to 10% travel. Responsibilities: Develop OTBI analyses and dashboards delivering real-time workforce metrics (headcount, vacancy rates, time‑to‑hire, turnover, demographic trends). Build BIP reports/templates supporting EHRI submissions, GHRR compliance, SF‑113 statistics, and agency‑specific HR reporting. Create OAC dashboards offering predictive analytics, trend analysis, and cross‑agency workforce comparisons. Configure HCM Extracts enabling bulk data extraction for analytics pipelines, data warehouse feeds, and external system integrations.
