The role in a nutshell The Cloud Operations Engineer is responsible for building out our operations platform, ensuring efficiency through automation, deploying product updates, identifying production issues and implementing strategic integrations that meet our clients’ needs. The ideal candidate will have good communication skills, a well-rounded understanding of Enterprise Architecture, and an automation background with experience running production environments at scale. The candidate will help develop new architectural patterns for emerging products, contribute to environment standardization, develop new monitoring and security tools, and contribute to maintaining operational BAU.
