The Innovation Group is responsible for developing automated migration solutions using AI Coding Agents for our consultants to use during their consulting engagements. As a Senior Field Engineer in this group, you will be responsible for enhancing our Migration Automation Framework using state-of-the-art AI Coding Agents to build robust, scalable and reliable migration solutions. The role will blend software engineering, AI/LLM integration and API gateway expertise with strong customer-facing communication skills.
