Job Description Strategic Planning and Roadmap Development: Craft and execute a detailed implementation roadmap for Power Platform and Dynamics 365, aligning with client objectives and ensuring seamless CRM and ERP integration. Organizational Analysis: Conduct in-depth assessments to pinpoint process optimization and automation opportunities through Dynamics 365 and Power Platform Team Structure Planning: Advise on the optimal organizational and team structures needed to robustly support the Dynamics 365 and Power Platform ecosystem. Hands-On Configuration and Implementation Support: Provide direct configuration and implementation assistance across various Microsoft Suite modules, from pilot projects to major rollouts.
