AI Design Facilitator and Forward-Deployed Engineer II

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate individual to join our team as an AI Design Facilitator and Forward-Deployed Engineer II - Consultant. This role involves teaching technical AI skills through a design lens, engaging in early-stage engineering work, and incubating innovative products from concept to code. The position will have both client-facing responsibilities and an internal enablement component. Teaching Technical AI Skills: Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs on generative AI technologies, including tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Replit, Airtable, and platforms like OpenAI, Anthropic, and Gemini. Tailor content to various skill levels and ensure practical, hands-on learning experiences for designers, engineers, and product managers.
