Job Description/Preferred Qualifications Position Overview The Software Applications Engineer is a strategic customer-facing role supporting Frontline software products across the Americas and Europe. This role reports to the Regional Product Manager, Americas and Europe. Key Responsibilities Provide technical assistance, troubleshooting, and customer support for Frontline software products. Deliver customer training and implementation support for new customers, product deployments, upgrades, and new feature introductions. Support sales activities as needed, including technical discussions, customer presentations, and product feature demonstrations. Collect, document, and communicate customer feedback to support product improvements and enhancement planning. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical subjects clearly to customers and internal teams. Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus. Previous experience in customer support, software implementation, technical training, and technical project management. Working knowledge of PCB manufacturing processes and related engineering workflows are highly desirable.
