This role primarily involves hands-on laboratory work, where you will directly contribute to improving the efficiency, accuracy, and reliability of our robotic systems. This will provide you with a deep, intimate understanding of the intricacies of our technology. Beyond the lab, you will also serve as a key Multiply Labs representative during system deployments at customer sites. Cluster Deployment Support: Act as the onsite biology team representative during the deployment of robotic systems at both domestic and international customer sites. This includes providing assistance and training to customer personnel on automated processes. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with other teams in improving and implementing automated processes. Laboratory Maintenance: Assist with routine laboratory tasks, such as maintaining cell cultures, equipment, inventory, and documentation.
