You will own two things that matter equally: ensuring our platform ships reliably through robust automated testing, and identifying the repetitive, manual, and error-prone workflows across the company that should no longer exist. The ideal candidate is genuinely product-minded and comfortable operating across the full scope of a problem. You have a bias toward shipping, a low tolerance for toil, and a habit of asking whether something should be automated before accepting that it has to be done by hand.
