Your job is to ensure Brellium is a product that a 5000-clinician organization can adopt in weeks instead of quarters; and to build the loop making the next customer faster than the last. What you'll own Customer-facing surface area. The web app, our notifications service, reporting, our API, and permissions. Everything a customer sees, uses, and administers. EMR integrations. The connective tissue of the product. You'll decide what we build, what we buy, and how we make integrating with a new EMR go from a project to a configuration. Implementations. What you'll do Own problems end-to-end: discovery, definition, build, launch, and the follow-through after launch. Work shoulder-to-shoulder with engineering. You'll be in the technical detail on integrations, data models, and permissions — enough to make real tradeoffs instead of just relaying them. Turn implementation work into product. Find the manual steps, the spreadsheets, and the one-off scripts, and replace them. Partner with sales, CS, and implementation on live accounts — and bring what you learn back into the roadmap.
