Forward Deployed Engineer The Opportunity: Our team develops and delivers commercial-grade AI platforms and applications that support critical missions across the Department of Defense, Intelligence Community, civilian agencies, and commercial organizations. Working at the intersection of cyber and AI, team members build solutions for defensive cyber operations, counter-AI, intelligence, agentic AI, and cyber defense. Day to day, this work may include shaping strategy, architecting solutions, integrating Booz Allen and commercial products into customer environments, supporting presales and customer success, and playing a leading role across forward deployed engineering activities that ensure successful integration of AI solutions with production settings. Team members also have opportunities to partner with industry leaders, including leading cyber companies, frontier model providers, and defense technology startups, through strategic collaborations and go-to-market initiatives. Through this work, the team establishes reusable, gold-standard approaches that allow government customers to adopt secure, scalable AI capabilities as shared services.
