Purpose This position serves as the subject matter expert and technical contact for their focus application areas (Lumens) and takes the lead in primary areas of work, including Projects, Changes, and the highest point of Break/Fix escalation. Additionally, the Application Analyst - Epic Lumens demonstrates full use and application of standard principles, theories, and concepts related to technical discipline, and provide solutions to a variety of complex problems.
