This person will play key senior technical leadership roles in the development of Geico’s virtual agent platform that elevates the productivity and quality of service for 20K+ contact center employees in claims, service and sales operations, etc. You will be collaborating with a dynamic team of AI and software engineers to design, develop and deploy platform that ensure productivity, scalability and usability of GenAI workflows across Geico.
