The Product Engineer will be responsible for evaluating designs for manufacturability and leading development of new products into production. Candidate will have key areas of expertise in analyzing user requirements, mechanical design, tool design, and manufacturing cell layout. Responsibilities: This position supports and reports directly to the Product Engineering Lead. The Product Engineer (PE) is the technical lead on internal and external projects and is responsible for all technical and schedule aspects of the project/product throughout the production life cycle. Providing continuity during transitions from proposals to production by acting as the main technical liaison between the customer and EBAD. Solving manufacturing problems, investigating process failures and implementing corrective actions Coordination with other departments to ensure the production viability of new designs, creation of the required documentation, and internal and customer approval of documentation. Interface with production personnel including operators, quality inspectors, and shop floor supervisors.
