Who You Are: An early career professional, with 3+ years of work experience, who thrives in ambiguity and has a "whatever it takes" attitude to get a program off the ground. Someone with a strong sense of ownership, comfortable taking a workflow or program from end to end, rather than just a piece of it, and pushing it forward without being told every step.
