About this role Data Implementation Specialist – Associate About This Role Aladdin Data – Solutions drives the evolution of Aladdin's enterprise analytics data assets and production capabilities. We implement data and analytics solutions for BlackRock and Aladdin clients, delivering scalable, high-quality outcomes that support investment decision-making, risk management, compliance, and reporting. Our Data Implementation team leads the onboarding of investment data across asset classes—fixed income, equities, derivatives, and private markets. We partner directly with clients and internal stakeholders to understand business objectives, configure data workflows, and ensure successful adoption of Aladdin's data and analytics platform. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role at the intersection of investment data, technology, and client delivery. You'll gain exposure to the full investment lifecycle while helping shape the future of how data powers the investment process. The Data Implementations business process is undergoing a multi-year transformation program to improve scale, user and client experience, process performance, and client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Support the onboarding of new clients to the Aladdin platform, with a focus on reference data and analytics configuration. Serve as a key liaison between clients, internal stakeholders, and client business teams, translating business needs into data solutions and ensuring successful adoption of Aladdin's data and analytics platform. Manage data workstreams, including scope definition, requirements gathering, and milestone tracking.
