Oracle Service Architect/Manager

Acute Care Technology As the Oracle Service Architect, you will serve as the lead Oracle Cloud ERP Service Solution Architect and the primary subject matter expert for Oracle Fusion Service modules. In this role, you will own the end-to-end solution architecture, ensuring that design, configurations, and integrations are aligned with ZOLL’s strategic business objectives and long-term operational roadmap. This role requires a unique combination of deep functional knowledge of Oracle Cloud ERP Field Service, Service Contracts, and Repair modules, hands-on configuration expertise, and the ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives from design through deployment and ongoing support. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information science, or engineering required, master’s degree in a related field preferred • 15+ years of Oracle Supply Chain experience, including 5 years in Oracle Fusion Cloud Service.
