Your Impact As our Controllership AI & Automation Transformation Lead, you will lead and deliver targeted AI, analytics, and automation initiatives that improve speed, quality, and scalability of Controllership processes. You will own discrete projects/workstreams end-to-end, partner closely with Accounting, IT/Engineering, and Internal Audit, and deliver measurable results. This will involve leading meetings with process owners, understanding current state and pain points, defining business requirements, and using AI and automation tools to develop solutions. The outcome will involve working with IT/data teams, enabling the process owner to learn and build solutions themselves and/or you being hands on building solutions yourself. Define project scope, requirements, and success metrics; build ROI cases (hours saved, cycle-time reduction, error-rate reduction, rework avoided). Partner with Finance Systems / IT / Engineering to deliver solutions using automation, analytics, and AI/LLM-enabled tooling (e.g., workflow automation, controlled LLM assistance for drafting/analysis, intelligent triage).
