Staff Integrations Specialist Lead About the Role We are seeking a Staff Integrations Specialist to join the Information and Business Technology (IBT) organization as the lead and key driver of our API and B2B eProcurement integration capabilities. In this high-impact individual contributor role, you will define process architecture, resolve complex integration challenges, and establish best practices for customer-facing B2B technology delivery across the enterprise. The ideal candidate brings domain expertise in API Integrations, B2B eProcurement punchout, and customer-facing technical leadership. You will act as the principal bridge between complex customer systems and our core technologies, translating scientific workflows into scalable, robust solutions. What You’ll Be Doing Team Lead: Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for customer-facing integrations, establishing standard operating procedures, design patterns, and scalability blueprints for APIs and B2B eProcurement technologies. Complex Implementation Delivery: Lead end-to-end delivery of high-value, highly complex API-based integrations and B2B punchout solutions, handling difficult edge cases spanning authentication, custom data mapping, error handling, and real-time monitoring.
