ABOUT THE JOB We’re looking for a highly skilled and versatile Technical Operations Engineer to join our team and support our Connected Warfare product line. In this role, you’ll be the go-to person for both the hardware and software aspects of our system, working directly with customers in the field and remotely to ensure seamless integration and operation. WHAT YOU'LL DO Provide end-to-end support for our Connected Warfare systems, including hardware setup and software configuration. Pre-configure systems and ensure seamless integration with customer infrastructure. Configure and troubleshoot networking environments, including Cisco switch/router configurations, VLANs and routing. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS 3+ years of experience of strong problem solving in unstructured environments at the interface of hardware, software, and networking. Proficiency with Linux system administration. Proficiency with containerized environments (Kubernetes, Docker). Expertise of electrical systems, both low-voltage and high-voltage. Experience performing preventative maintenance on technical hardware in the field to ensure functionality, integrity and safety. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS B.S. in computer science, mechanical engineering, aerospace engineering, or related technical field. Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL). Working knowledge of IP networking fundamentals and Linux command line interfaces. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Prior military or overseas contracting experience. US Salary Range $113,000—$155,000 USD The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only.
