AI Security Product Manager

As enterprises move from experimenting with AI to quickly being overrun with agents in production, they need a platform that automatically discovers what's running, governs how it behaves, and enforces policy in real time. That's what we're building, and we're looking for a product leader to help shape it. The role We're hiring a hands-on, experienced product manager to shape the future of the Arthur platform. This is a lead role reporting directly to executive leadership, with significant influence over product strategy, positioning, and go-to-market execution. Agentic AI security is a new domain. Product categories are still forming, they frequently overlap, and the landscape includes both established security vendors and fast-moving startups. You'll bring order to that complexity: synthesizing what's happening in the market, identifying where Arthur can win, and translating that into a product strategy the whole company can execute against. You'll be in front of customers regularly, testing hypotheses directly and personally helping land the first customers for new capabilities. You won't be going it alone, but you'll be expected to find and win the first few customers that prove a strategy is effective.
