What You Will Need: Bachelors degree with MINIMUM of SEVEN (7) years of experience using Workday in an EM (engagement management)/business process improvement capacity, preferably as an Engagement Manager from a previous firm; OR a Masters degree with a MINIMUM of FIVE (5) years of experience using Workday in an EM (engagement management)/business process improvement capacity, preferably as an Engagement Manager from a previous firm.
