Our Company Arch is a Series B financial technology company that automates the management of private investments, improving access, understanding, and the human experience of investing across asset classes. Private investments such as venture capital, hedge funds, and private equity, make up roughly 25% of the investment universe. Traditionally, investors, advisors, banks, families, and managers track hundreds of investments in complicated spreadsheets, file folders, and busy inboxes. Arch delivers standardized data, documents, and insights in a single platform, avoiding the need to chase information across dozens or hundreds of ‘portals’. Our purpose is to save investors’ time while empowering them to make more informed investment decisions, leading to better financial outcomes. In this role, you will own high-visibility projects end to end, develop talent through clear goals and coaching, and drive cross-functional alignment to deliver measurable client impact. What You'll Do: Lead and develop a team of Client Implementation Specialists and Operations Associates. Set clear goals, coach for performance, and foster a collaborative, high-achieving culture. Implement Arch for large enterprise clients. Coordinate with internal stakeholders and client teams to tailor deployments to client objectives. Partner closely with Sales, Product, and Support teams to ensure alignment on client requirements, product capabilities, and project deliverables. Identify opportunities for automation, process optimization, and best practices that increase efficiency and client satisfaction. Build and manage project plans that translate client needs and timelines into clear milestones, and ensure on-time, high-quality delivery. Champion the client's voice. Build relationships with key stakeholders and provide exceptional service throughout implementation. Institutionalize learnings.
