What you’ll do
- Develop, deploy, document, and maintain AI agents, apps, and automation solutions that improve operational workflows.

- Collaborate with Digital (IT) to ensure alignment with enterprise governance, security, and architecture standards.

What you’ll bring
- 5+ years of engineering experience in a customer-facing role or as a software engineer with consulting experience.
- Production experience with LLMs including advanced prompt engineering, agent development, evaluation frameworks, and deployment at scale.
- Proficiency in Python; additional experience in TypeScript or Java preferred.
- Hands-on experience with AI frameworks and platforms such as LangChain, OpenAI APIs, Anthropic APIs, CrewAI, AutoGen, Microsoft Copilot Studio, or Google AI Studio.
