- Support and troubleshoot video teleconferencing (VTC) systems including Cisco Telepresence, Room Kits, and third-party integration.
What you’ll bring
- Master's degree with 6 years, Bachelor's with 8 years, Associate's with 10 years, or HS diploma with 12 years of relevant experience.
- Current U.S. Government 8140 (8570 equivalent) IAT Level II baseline certification (e.g., Security+ CE).
- Current U.S. Government Secret security clearance at minimum.
- Experience designing and maintaining LAN/WAN networks, managing routing protocols on large LAN environments, and Cisco hardware (routers, switches, firewalls).
