What you’ll bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business/IS/Finance/Engineering (or equivalent experience).
  • 1+ year's experience in business/product analysis, solution design, or business architecture in complex, multi-system environments.
  • Knowledge of commercial lending/commercial banking workflows; comfortable operating in regulated, risk-sensitive environments.
  • Experience partnering with business and technology teams to triage issues, shape enhancements, and translate needs into clear requirements/solution options.
