Position Summary: We are seeking a strategic and technically adept Solutions Lead to join our Customer Identity team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and guiding the implementation of solutions that support our evolving Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) ecosystem. This includes integrations with Okta, a custom-built Identity Management API, and other enterprise platforms such as Salesforce and Drupal as well as external partner owned applications. You will collaborate closely with Enterprise Architects, Product Managers, UX Designers, and Engineering teams to define scalable, secure, and user-centric identity solutions that support both business goals and customer needs.
