Job Description/Preferred Qualifications Enable customer success by providing high quality measurements and reducing measurement variability. Use analytical skills to troubleshoot issues based on metrology results. Document results and make presentations on all aspects of products. Assists sales and marketing staff in assessing potential application of company products to meet customer needs and preparing detailed product specifications. Work collaboratively with cross-functional organizations including engineering, service, sales and marketing within KLA and with customer engineers. Conduct new product introduction projects. Provide escalation support to onsite field service engineer; leading and coordinating remote/local troubleshooting.
