You'll be in front of some of the most exciting companies we sell into, running demos that need to hold up under real scrutiny - because the people you're presenting to have felt what it's like when tools fall over during an incident, and they're not going to be won over by a slide deck. More from the job description

A little about us incident.io is the AI software reliability platform trusted by engineering teams at Netflix, Etsy, and 2,000+ companies who can't afford downtime. The stakes are real, the talent is insane, and somehow it's a genuinely lovely place to work. We all pull our weight, go the extra mile, and put in the bit of magic most companies don't have time for, all while having fun and never taking ourselves too seriously. We've raised $96 million from Index Ventures, Insight Partners, and Point Nine, and we're growing fast. There's never been a better time to join. The role in one line Solutions Engineering at incident.io is where the product meets the moment it's built for - you're the person who turns "we'll see" into "oh, this actually works," proving live that we hold up exactly when it matters most. You'll report into our Solutions Engineering Manager - our founding Solutions Engineer - and the wider segment sits under our co-founder and Field CTO, so you'll have direct access to people who've done this from the ground up. You'll occasionally work alongside our TSEs and Product team, though that's the exception rather than the rule - most of your time is spent partnered tightly with AEs, going deep on a prospect's world before you ever get in the room. We're AI-forward, and that's not just a talking point here - you'll be demoing our new AI-native product, and testing and shaping how AI shows up in your own workflow too. From this role, the natur
