The Professional Services division is responsible for delivery of change/transformation/advisory services to existing clients on Clearwater’s SaaS platform. We work in conjunction with Client Services to identify opportunities for value-added services to steady state clients and implement change projects for our clients. A Subject Matter Expert (SME) works on a variety of client projects in Investment Accounting, General Ledger, Client Reporting and Derivatives & Alternatives asset classes. All client projects are billable via Professional Services fees and based on time & material or fixed fee billing. Typical examples of projects include data integration projects (changes to inbound/outbound feeds to CW), GL rebuild, accounting configuration changes, bespoke reports etc. SMEs are an integral part of a collaborative division spanning analysts, team leads and program managers.
