Qualifications Bachelor's Degree (B. A.) from four-year College or University in Information Systems, Business Management, Computer Science, or in a related field 4-6 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience Competencies Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical writing skills and procedures, or governmental regulations.
