This is not a traditional IT role. You won’t be measured on tickets closed. You will be measured on systems improved, workflows automated, and manual work eliminated. This role is focused on leverage. Additional compensation in the form(s) of equity and/or commission are dependent on the position offered. Retool provides a comprehensive benefit plan, including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k). Pay and benefits are subject to change at any time, consistent with the terms of any applicable compensation or benefit plans. The base pay range for this role is $150,000 – $200,000 per year.
