Job Description: Job Summary We are seeking an experienced professional to join our IT team as a CRM System Administrator and Data Engineer. This role requires hands-on expertise with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM), the Power Platform, and related Microsoft technologies. The successful candidate will be responsible not only for supporting Dynamics 365-based architectural solutions but also for contributing to the management of the data warehouse within a global IT organization. Key Responsibilities Proactively collaborate with CRM system users worldwide to translate business requirements into technical specifications. Analyze, design, and develop or configure Dynamics 365 modules—such as Sales, Customer Service, and Admin App—to optimize business processes and workflows.
