Engineer (CCD Engineer) Location: Manteno, IL Job Type: Full-Time Job Summary: Gotion is seeking a Visual Systems Engineer to design, implement, and maintain vision systems utilizing Charge-Coupled Device (CCD) technology for our 40GW battery cell manufacturing facility in Illinois. This role will focus on developing and optimizing imaging solutions to ensure precision, quality, and efficiency in battery cell production processes. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in CCD-based systems to support automated inspection, defect detection, and process monitoring. Key Responsibilities: Design and integrate CCD-based vision systems for quality control, including inspection of battery cell components (e.g., electrodes, welds, and casings). Develop algorithms and software to process and analyze images captured by CCD cameras for real-time defect detection. Collaborate with robotics
