Job Description Job Description The Solutions Architect serves as a partner with our Account Executives in a technical role within our Engineering department. The SA’s primary role is to seek out and analyze customer business needs within the commercial and enterprise customers then go to market and match those to the company’s technical capabilities. Engaging consultatively, the SA will showcase the company’s architectural advantage by designing and configuring technical solutions to meet customer goals, explaining and demonstrating features and benefits.
