Job Family: Business Systems Analysis Travel Required: Up to 10% Clearance Required: Ability to Obtain Public Trust Job Description Summary The Business/Systems Analyst will support requirements analysis, process definition, stakeholder engagement, and solution alignment for a large-scale agile software development and platform modernization program supporting the GrantSolutions contract. This role is responsible for eliciting, documenting, analyzing, and validating business needs, system requirements, workflows, data exchanges, integration dependencies, and operational impacts across multiple workstreams and Scrum teams. The Business/Systems Analyst will work closely with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Technical Leads, enterprise architects, vendors, Federal stakeholders, and end users to translate modernization objectives into clear, actionable requirements and support high-quality outcomes across the system development lifecycle.
