Project Manager II - MFG/Shop Floor

As a Project Manager II, Business Operations – MFG/Shop Floor, you will be responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of Hyve’s ERP application across WOR and MPS business modules while working with the end-users and their management to improve processes and workflows. You will be reporting directly to the Sr, Manager, Project Management. Candidate will: Work with business units and the ERP team, help define and implement best practice business processes and solutions for the ERP platform in line with their requirements using Scrum & Agile Methodologies. Participate in the full lifecycle implementation of the ERP system including support for ERP and associated business and manufacturing processes. Collaborate closely with solution architects and system engineers to define and implement effective and efficient solutions to business challenges and opportunities. Research, configure, test, & implement modules as required. Validate software quality and conformance to specifications and business requirements through unit-functional testing.
