In this role, you will serve as the primary technical owner for a portfolio of enterprise IT service management and related platforms in a secure environment. You will configure, integrate, maintain, troubleshoot, and extend commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) systems to support operational requirements. This is not a traditional full-time software development role.
