Brunswick Corporation is looking for a proactive Senior PLM Technical Lead to spearhead large-scale PLM implementation program across its Enterprise IT Organization. This role drives strategic PLM projects spanning multiple divisions, with a strong focus on user adoption, organizational change management, and delivering exceptional user experiences. The ideal candidate will serve as a critical bridge between business stakeholders and IT teams, ensuring seamless execution and alignment across all phases of implementation. Strong PLM process knowledge to converse with business users to map business requirements to technical requirements, drive key design decisions, design solution prototypes, and lead project delivery. Excellent knowledge of CAD to PLM integration frameworks and exposure to all major Mechanical CAD (NX, Solidworks, Creo) and Electrical CAD (OrCAD, Altium) integrations.
