This role is ideal for an engineer with significant IT and DevSecOps experience who is able to work both independently and collaboratively. You will be a key member of a small team that builds, deploys, configures, and maintains existing software systems for Navy C3I customers. Responsibilities: • Refine and enhance existing applications to best meet customer/operational requirements • Apply system level knowledge (OS and hardware) to diagnose issues and provide solutions • Execute the research, engineering, and development of solutions to support operational capabilities • Profile, analyze, and optimize legacy operational software systems as necessary to meet continuously evolving cyber security requirements • Develop and maintain user and administrative documentation to meet customer contract requirements • Periodically travel onsite to integrate operational systems and updates Qualifications: Required: • Must be a US Citizen • Bachelor's (or higher) degree in Computer Science, Computer E [... source excerpt omitted ...] re of integrity.
